As announced by the Treasury Board of Canada, Indigenous Services Canada employees are expected to perform their duties from a government of Canada physical workplace at least 2–3 days each week, or 40–60% of their regular schedule.

Chief Finances Results Delivery Office (CFRDO), Security and Emergency Services Directorate is responsible for coordinating, managing and providing advice and services related to the departmental security controls and program all across Canada.
The immediate intent of this poster is to fill two (2) indeterminate positions with various linguistic requirements.
A pool of qualified candidates may be established and used to fill similar positions at this group and level with various language requirements, security requirements, various conditions of employment, various locations and durations (acting, assignment/secondment, deployment, specified period and/or indeterminate) within Crown Relations and Northern Affairs Canada and Indigenous Services Canada.

EDUCATION:
A secondary school diploma or employer-approved alternatives (see Note 1).
NOTE :
The employer-approved alternatives to a secondary school diploma are:
- A satisfactory score on the Public Service Commission test approved as an alternative to a secondary school diploma; or
- An acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.
EXPERIENCE:
- Significant *experience in the use of Microsoft Excel Software and/or Microsoft Access at an advanced level (this may include but is not limited to exporting information into and out, conducting analysis, presenting information in graph/table form, etc.).
- Recent ** experience in drafting reports, presentations, communication products or other written materials.
- Experience in researching and analyzing information and data from various sources.
- Experience in organizing and maintaining records and databases.
- Experience in retrieving, interpreting and synthesizing information or data and preparing reports, correspondence or communication materials.
- Experience in participating in the development and implementation of projects or initiatives.
*Significant means the individual has a minimum of one year experience at the advance level stage using the software listed.
**Recent means the individual conduced these functions within the past year.
EXPERIENCE:
- Experience in the use of Microsoft Project Software and/or Visio.
- Experience in preparing correspondence related to Access to Information and/or Privacy requests.
