Duties

Stream 1:
As an Accommodation Coordinator, some duties include:
• Create and maintain electronic filing systems within an intranet web based repository
• Attend Accommodation Project meetings, compile meeting minutes and prepare communications and correspondence
• Maintenance of planning tools including but not limited to database maintenance, spreadsheet creation, input and analysis
• Data verification of forecasting tools within SAP system including project updates and business rules
• Position location: 4900 Yonge St., North York, ON M2N 6A4

Stream 2:
As an Administrative Officer - Coworking Professional, some duties include:
• Greet and check-in users, explain the office space and how to work effectively in the space, how to utilize meeting rooms & access reservation system, schedule and lead tours and complete tracking reports
• Cover the front desk during business hours (required to be on site 5 days a week in office)
• Assist with building operations and maintenance to ensure highest level of member experience
• Position location: 655 Bay St., Toronto, ON M5G 2K4

Intent of the process

The intent of this process is to staff one permanent Accommodation Coordinator position. The Administrative Officer - Coworking Professional position is anticipatory.

A fully qualified pool may be established for both streams. The results of this process may be used to staff same or similar positions for future vacancies of various tenures at Public Services and Procurement Canada in the Ontario Region.

A secondary school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.

Degree equivalency

Experience:

Stream 1 & 2:
EX1: Experience using the following Microsoft Office Applications: Word, Excel and Outlook
EX2: Experience providing administrative support services
EX3: Experience in researching procedures and providing advice to clients

Stream 1 Only:
EX4: Experience in reviewing and working with financial reports

If you possess any of the following, your application must also clearly explain how you meet it (other qualifications)

Occupational Certification:

Stream 2 Only:
OC1: Valid First Aid / CPR Certification

Stream 1 Only:
AEX1: Experience in analyzing financial data
