• Responds to client business inquiries, by phone and e-mail, for Atlantic Canada.
• Provides tailored information on federal and provincial programs, services, and regulations available to the business community, potential/existing entrepreneurs, partners, and stakeholders.
• Conducts assessment of needs to optimize the client service experience.
• Liaises with staff to refer in-depth or complex inquiries to appropriate colleagues.
• Uses client relationship management software to capture client information, to facilitate follow up, to streamline future client interactions, and to facilitate reporting.
• Fulfills an information and research function to support each of the Atlantic provinces.
• In collaboration with colleagues, maintains up-to-date summary descriptions of
business-related programs offered by federal and provincial governments in Atlantic Canada.

EDUCATION:

EXPERIENCE:

EDUCATION:
Post-secondary studies in business administration/commerce or experience working in a field related to the position.
EXPERIENCE:

ORGANIZATIONAL NEEDS:

OPERATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

Information on employment equity
ACOA is increasing access to the various ACOA offices. A combination of work from home and work in the worksites is possible (hybrid work). At this time, there is an expectation for employees to attend the office at a minimum of 2 days per week.
Interested persons must meet each essential qualification in order to be in the pool and subsequently appointed to a position. However, a person may be appointed to a position even though he/she does not meet any or all of the asset qualifications, operational requirements, or organizational needs.
All written and verbal communication obtained throughout the selection process, from the time of application to close of process, may be used to evaluate the candidate.
