In this role, you will be responsible for providing centralized national support, oversight, and coordination of estates administration processes for applications to be made under various settlement agreements, particularly for the estates of dependent adults and decedent estates that are administered by Indigenous Services Canada.
We are seeking candidates to deliver estates related services to clients at the national level, interpret legislation and regulations and provide advice on policies and processes to resolve issues related to the delivery of estates services.
You will lead and participate on project teams, committees and working groups involved in analyzing, developing and coordinating the implementation of estates program strategies and initiatives, including thoserelated to settlement processes analyze and interpret acts, regulations and policies and prepare briefings and reports.

**** Reviewing cases include determine whether cases meet the requirements or eligibility for the applied program or legislation
***** Assessing cases includes making decisions on cases pursuant to relevant Federal Legislation and in a quasi-judicial environment (Note: this does not include general administrative duties related to file preparation and maintenance.)
