Intent of the process

The purpose of this process is to staff a casual position (as and when required) which must not exceed 90 working days in a calendar year.
An as and when casual position means that the hired candidate follows an as-needed schedule, which means that he or she will be called upon to work when needed and that he or she will be paid only for the hours worked.
