The intent of this advertisement is to one (1) position on an indeterminate basis.
A fully or partially assessed pool may be created and may be used to staff similar positions with various linguistic requirements, tenures and security clearances within the Administrative Tribunals Support Service of Canada (ATSSC).Federal organizations listed in Schedules I, IV and V of the Financial Administration Act (FAA) may use this selection process to appoint a candidate to a similar position within their organization.

EDUCATION
ED1: Graduation with a degree from a recognized post-secondary institution with acceptable specialization in commerce, business administration, economics, international trade, statistics, accounting, law, or in another field relevant to the position to be staffed.
EXPERIENCE
EX1:Significant* experience conducting and/or managing investigations or research regarding economic, commercial, or financial matters.
EX2: Significant* experience designing questionnaires or surveys regarding economic, commercial, or financial matters.
EX3:Significant* experience briefing and providing strategic economic, commerce or financial advice to senior officials or judicial or quasi-judicial decision makers.
EX4: Significant* experience in preparing documents, such as briefing notes, bench memoranda, public reports, statements of reasons or documents of a similar nature, under tight deadlines, in relation to economic, commercial or financial matters.
EX5: Experience mobilizing people assigned to files or investigations in relation to economic, commercial, or financial matters.
*Significant experience is defined as the depth and breadth of the experience normally associated with having performed a broad range of complex activities over a minimum of three (3) years.

ASSET EDUCATION
The following criteria are asset qualifications. You will not be screened out of the selection process should you answer ''No''.
Graduation from a recognized post-secondary institution with a post-graduate degree in a field relevant to the position to be staffed.
ASSET EXPERIENCE
AEX1: Experience working for a shared services organization, federal tribunal or court.
AEX2: Experience implementing policies or processes related to legislative or mandate changes.
AEX3: Experience in collaborating with officials in other branches and other government departments, including participation in meetings, committees, and working groups.
AEX4: Experience managing trade remedy investigations.
ORGANIZATIONAL NEEDS

OPERATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Willing and able to work overtime occasionally, often on short notice.
Travel occasionally within Canada or internationally.
