π» At this time, we are looking to staff one (1) Indeterminate position with a bilingual imperative CBC/CBC language profile. A pool of partially qualified and qualified candidates for IT-01 positions will be established and used to staff positions at Transport Canada in Moncton, New Brunswick, Dartmouth, Nova Scotia or St. Johnβs, Newfoundland and Labrador. It may also be used to staff other similar positions of various tenures, linguistic profiles, security clearances and with equivalent classification within Transport Canada.

Ability to communicate effectively in writing and orally: All written and verbal communication obtained throughout the selection process, from the time of application to close of process, will be used to evaluate the candidates. Possible reasons for alternate assessment dates:
β’ Medical reason with doctor's certificate;
β’ Death in the immediate family;
β’ Professional obligation (proof required);
β’ Confirmation of pre-approved travel plans; or
β’ Religious reasons.
Preference will be given to veterans first and then to Canadian citizens and permanent residents, with the exception of a job located in Nunavut, where Nunavut Inuit will be appointed first.
