FLEXIBLE WORK:
During the COVID-19 pandemic, federal employees demonstrated their ability to adapt to new ways of working onsite and remotely, while delivering results for Canadians. We have therefore built on this experience and the Canadian Space Agency will adopt a hybrid and flexible work style as an integral part of its work environment.
Depending on the nature of the work required by the position and the operational needs, hybrid and flexible work arrangements, such as a combination of on-site and telework and compressed work schedules, are possible. Following the latest orientation from the Treasury Board Secretariat, the Canadian Space Agency will adopt a hybrid work model that will see employees working on-site at least two days per week, or the equivalent of 40% of their normal schedule depending on the agreement that will be discussed with their supervisor.
