The Department of Fisheries and Oceans Canada (DFO) will be following the direction from the Office of the Chief Human Resource Officer on the introduction of a common hybrid work model across the federal public service. This common hybrid work model will consist of work on site at least 2–3 days each week, or 40–60% of their regular schedule.

The immediate need is to staff 3 positions. A pool of partially or fully qualified candidates may be established from this selection process and may be used to staff similar positions within the Department of Fisheries and Oceans Canada (DFO).

EDUCATION:
- Graduation with a degree from a recognized post-secondary institution with acceptable specialization
in human resources management, labour or industrial relations, psychology, public or business
administration, organizational development, education sciences, social sciences, sociology, or in any
other field relevant to the work to be performed.
OCCUPATIONAL CERTIFICATION:
- Classification accreditation required
EXPERIENCE:
- Experience in organizational design.
- Experience in preparing and delivering presentations to managers.
- Experience in providing strategic advice to senior management on organization and classification.
ASSET QUALIFICATION:
- Experience in coaching classification trainees
- Experience in participating in projects
- Experience in participating in classification conversion initiatives
