Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) helps the Government of Canada serve Canadians. This is an anticipatory process. This selection process will be used to staff various AS-03 positions in the Assets and Facilities Management unit at Public Services and Procurement Canada in the Ontario Region. The results of this process may be used to staff same or similar positions for future vacancies of various tenures at Public Services and Procurement Canada.

Your résumé.
A secondary school diploma or an acceptable* combination of education, training and/or experience
*An acceptable combination is 2 years of secondary school and at least 2 years of experience relevant to the position
Experience in one or more of the following areas:
• Managing financial information
• Generating, maintaining, and monitoring reports
• Project Coordination
• Lease administration
Experience in collaborating with multiple stakeholders, including clients, service providers, or contractors.
Experience in working with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
*Experience is defined as having performed the breadth and depth of a broad range of related activities which would normally be accumulated over a 1 year period.
Completion of a post-secondary education in a Property and Facilities Management related field or any other field related to the work to be performed.
Possession or working towards a departmentally recognized professional designation in the Property and Facilities Management field, i.e. Certified Property Manager (CPM), registered in Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) Real Proper Administrator (RPA) or Facilities Management Administrator (*FMA), International Facility Management Association (IFMA) Certified Facilities Manager (CFM)
Certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute
Experience working in properties and facilities management
Experience in leading or managing projects
Experience in managing an operating budget
Experience in developing and interpreting contract documents
Experience in using an SAP application

Reliability Status security clearance - A higher security clearance (Secret, Top Secret, Top Secret Enhanced) may be required depending on the requirements established by PSPC or the client department.
