Client Accommodation Services Manager
The Client Accommodation Service Manager provides advice and guidance on real property issues to other government client departments. The CASA Manager’s function consists of understanding, planning and developing real property strategies. Leading and conducting the evaluation of clients’ accommodation requirements, along with being able to establish and lead successful project teams. This role is crucial to our clients’ success as it assists them in effectively managing their space portfolio.

EDUCATION
✔ A secondary school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.
EXPERIENCES
✔ Experience in planning and developing *real property strategies and projects.
✔ Experience in providing real property advice and guidance to clients and/or stakeholders.
✔ Experience in managing and supervising employees, including prioritizing and assigning work and providing guidance.
(*) Real property is defined as any property attached directly to land. Real properties include buildings, roads and bridges. Real property services include but are not limited to portfolio planning, leasing, procurement, disposal, planning, management, design, renovation or construction.
ASSET EXPERIENCE
✔ Experience in conducting real property program planning to recommend options and risks to stakeholders or clients.
✔ Experience in establishing and leading successful project teams.
