***************************
At the Canada School of Public Service (CSPS) we are actively working towards creating an environment where diversity is valued. This begins with self-declaration. We invite you to self-declare which employment equity group(s) you belong to. To learn more, visit our website:
https://www.canada.ca/en/services/jobs/opportunities/government/self-declaring-because-we-care.html
At CSPS, we are committed to providing a diverse, inclusive and barrier-free work environment. Having a skilled workforce that reflects the diversity of Canadians is one of our goals.
We strive to establish bias-free selection and assessment practices that offer an equitable playing field for everyone including candidates from employment equity or equity-seeking groups, such as Indigenous peoples, racialized people, black people, persons with disabilities, members of 2SLGBTQQIA+ communities and women. To that end, the selection committee will be diverse, and its members will have completed unconscious bias and inclusive hiring training.
π When responding to screening questions, please be sure to provide comprehensive examples from your work experience that clearly demonstrate how you meet the identified experience criteria. Your answer should clearly identify your role in the noted example. A job title alone does not demonstrate that you have requisite level of experience, so be sure to explain relevant responsibilities and/or actions that you took. Failure to complete the questionnaire or failure to provide sufficient details to the questions will result in your elimination from this process.
π Asset qualifications will be used at the screening stage. Please ensure that your application clearly indicates how you meet these qualifications.
If you are a learning designer professional or you are driven in building a career in this field, the CSPS is looking for you!
Duties cover all stages of online and virtual course development, from government community relations to content programming, instructional design, and creating engaging visuals.
This is a fast-paced but collaborative development environment where teamwork is at the heart of our processes.
