In the Project Coordinator role, you will be supporting your project team to meet its objectives. As such, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of stakeholders and you responsibilities will include:
• Liaising with stakeholders to schedule appointments, provide user support, deliver progress updates, collect feedback and share other communications related to the project
• Maintaining project documentation
• Facilitating public and internal quality assurance testing sessions
• General administrative duties, such as timesheet reconciliation, data entry, group mailbox management, etc.
We’re looking for someone who is detail oriented, able to effectively prioritize and work independently, demonstrates teamwork in the pursuit of delivering a project together and has an ability to clearly communicate to groups with varying technical understanding.
Financial consumer protection is an integral part of the Government of Canada’s oversight of the financial sector. The Financial Consumer Agency of Canada (FCAC) ensures Federally Regulated Financial Entities (FRFEs) comply with consumer protection measures, promotes financial education and raises consumers’ awareness of their rights and responsibilities.

Position 2: Project Coordinator, Consumer Research and Experimentation (Anticipatory). The staffing of this position is anticipatory.

EDUCATION

EXPERIENCE

E1: Experience coordinating and providing project support services such as but not limited to: participation in the analysis of project requirements and the assessment of issues, updating/maintaining work plans, etc;
E2: Experience maintaining multiple project files, sites, logistical details and dashboards;
E3: Experience updating or preparing documents, such as reports, financial forecasts, procedures, or presentations; and
E4: Experience providing administrative support.
Additional experience applicable to Position 1: Project Coordinator, IM/IT Business Services only:
E5: Experience using ServiceNow as an administrator for various products.
Additional experience applicable for Position 2: Project Coordinator, in the Consumer Research and Experimentation only (Anticipatory) :
