A pool of qualified candidates will be created to staff similar positions with various tenures (indeterminate, specified period, acting) in Yellowknife, Iqaluit or Whitehorse.

In order to be considered, your application must clearly explain how you meet the following (essential qualifications)

Education (Streams 1 and 2):
- A secondary school diploma or employer-approved alternatives (an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience).

Degree equivalency

Experience (Streams 1 and 2):
- Experience providing administrative support to a supervisor, manager or more senior level official.
- Experience tracking tasks and requests, as well as, executing related follow-up to ensure deadlines are met.
- Experience using electronic systems (such as Excel) to create and maintain current information or records to facilitate organization, scheduling, filing or tracking.

(Stream 2)
- Experience coordinating and consolidating budget input for management.

Asset Experience (Streams 1 and 2):
- Experience in financial planning and expenditure tracking, including using the SAP financial system (i.e. Systems, Applications and Products in data processing).
