Intent of the process

This inventory is for casual employment in "D" Division Head Quarters (Winnipeg) and various locations in "D" Division (Manitoba).

NOTE: Casual employment is temporary employment of 90 working days or less in a calendar year, to meet needs for temporary vacancies arising from vacation, sick leave, training, special projects, etc. Casual appointees will not be eligible to apply to internal appointment processes. AE1. Experience in providing administrative support services in an office environment.

AE2. Experience using word processing software such as Microsoft Word.

AE4. Experience providing financial support services.

AE5. Experience in providing records management services such as indexing, cross referencing, filing, retrieving, retention, archiving or destroying data.

AE6. Experience in providing administrative services in procurement.

AE7. Experience in using police computer applications such as: PROS; CPIC; etc.

AE8. Experience in transcribing from audio recordings and proofreading transcribed documents.

AE9. Experience using databases for data entry or data extraction.
