The linguistic profile of the position is bilingual imperative CCC/CCC. The first step of the process will be language testing for Reading and Writing. The Unsupervised Internet Tests - Second Language Evaluation - have been added to this poster and will be used to test these qualifications. Successful candidates will then be screened based on education and experience in order to determine if they meet these requirements and continue in the process.
The Military Grievances External Review Committee (MGERC) wants to establish a pool for its Assistant to the Registrar (CR-05) position. MGERC is a small organization of about 50 employees responsible for reviewing grievances referred to it by the Canadian Armed Forces. The Registry team is the traffic control tower within our operations, ensuring proper review and disclosure of case files, effective case management tracking, and related tasks.
The Assistant to the Registrar will acquire a broad and diversified experience by working closely with the Registrar, grievance officers, legal counsels, and committee members. Our dynamic organization values communication, client service and work-life balance.
Work duties include:
• Registers and tracks grievances in the Committee’s case management system (WebCIMS);
• Reviews findings and recommendations reports by proofreading and conducting quality control; and
• Provides administrative support services throughout the grievance review process such as file reception, creation, and issuance.

Telework agreements are established for employees choosing a part-time telework schedule. Due to the duties of this position, the incumbent must perform some duties at the work location on a weekly basis.
