The Asset Management System (AMS) is used by the CCG's skilled maintenance practitioners to manage the maintenance of the wide range of CCG's physical assets. Preventive maintenance plans for physical assets are contained in the AMS and used by maintenance practitioners to ensure maintenance tasks are performed correctly, safely and at the required interval. The AMS also provides the capability to manage all materiel and labor associated with physical asset maintenance, and to record corrective maintenance actions. ✔️Prepare training material, deliver training and analyse the effectiveness of that training to CCG through face to face sessions and through the creation of computer based training modules and other innovative methods.
✔️Manage the AMS Regional Service Centre, including providing technical expertise in resolving problems and assisting where required, and performing database security enforcement functions within the region such as control of passwords and access to the various databases.
✔️Develop, implement and monitor the AMS operations for the provision of information services to internal and external clients; evaluate their appropriateness based on existing technical standards, recommend the development and establishment of new service criteria when required.
✔️Develop, recommend and implement economically and environmentally sustainable practices in support of the Integrated Technical Service’s (ITS) Life Cycle Asset Management System (LCAMS) program and CCG and DFO priorities.
