Education:
A secondary school diploma or employer-approved alternatives.
The employer-approved alternatives to a secondary school diploma are:
A satisfactory score on the Public Service Commission test approved as an alternative to a secondary school diploma; or
An acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.
Experience:
Common to both streams:
• Experience in maintaining a records management and document tracking system, such as ccmEnterprise.
Stream 1: Executive Services Support Officer/Correspondence Officer
• Experience reviewing, tracking, analysing and providing key guidance on executive documents
Stream 2: Executive Assistant
• Experience in providing administrative support such as managing a daily schedule, including planning and coordination of meetings.
• Experience prioritizing and delivering support under tight time pressures.

• Ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously under tight deadlines.
