Education:
A secondary school diploma or employer-approved alternatives.

Degree equivalency

Experience:
Common to both streams:
• Experience in maintaining a records management and document tracking system, such as ccmEnterprise.

Stream 1: Executive Services Support Officer/Correspondence Officer
• Experience reviewing, tracking, analysing and providing key guidance on executive documents

Stream 2: Executive Assistant
• Experience in providing administrative support such as managing a daily schedule, including planning and coordination of meetings.
• Experience prioritizing and delivering support under tight time pressures.

• Experience building and maintaining effective relationships with clients

• Experience working with a document repository such as GCDocs or SharePoint.
• Experience supporting the provision of internal services such as staffing, finance, accommodations, training or procurement.
• Ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously under tight deadlines.
