As part of a dynamic human resources team, you will be responsible for supporting human resources advisors with all administrative tasks related to staffing and recruitment, such as creation and maintenance of electronic files, scheduling interviews and tests, posting job advertisements (such as this one), preparing letters of offer, data entry in the human resources system (Peoplesoft), etc.

Your résumé.
A covering letter "in which we want to learn more about you. In 1000 words or less, please describe how you have acquired a minimum of 2 years of experience in a client service environment where there was a requirement to provide direct service to clients and tell us why we should onboard you to our human resources team. Your cover letter will be used to assess your ability to communicate effectively in writing."
Education:
A secondary school diploma or employer-approved alternatives.
The employer-approved alternatives to a secondary school diploma are:
A satisfactory score on the Public Service Commission test approved as an alternative to a secondary school diploma; or
An acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.
Experience:
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a client service environment where there was a requirement to provide direct service to clients
(The experience may have been gained through employment, internship, or volunteering in Canada or abroad)
ASSET QUALIFICATIONS
Graduation with a degree from a recognized post-secondary institution with acceptable specialization in Human Resources, education, or another field related to human resources
Bilingual - Imperative (BBB/BBB)
