ED : A secondary school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training or experience

EX1: Experience in providing a full range of administrative support.

OPERATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Willing and able to work overtime upon request, often on short notice or be “on call” during rest periods.
Willing and able to be part of an in-office rotation.

Bilingual Imperative BBB/BBB, CCC/CCC and CBC/CBC.
NOTE: Candidates need to be able to work in English AND in French (reading, writing and oral proficiency) in order to be found qualified and be considered for appointment.

EXPERIENCE
AEX1: Recent* experience managing the daily agenda, handling e-mail and following-up on actions for a manager
AEX2: Experience in managing and tracking a large volume of correspondence and documents using a correspondence tracking system such as CCM Mercury or an equivalent.
AEX3: Experience in making travel arrangements for a manager and in preparing travel claims.
AEX4: Experience in finance administration such as budget preparation, monitoring, forecasting, reporting or allocation of budgets.
AEX5: Experience in providing support services in a Human Resources discipline.
*Recent experience refers to a minimum of one year’s experience within the last five years.
