During the COVID-19 pandemic, employees of Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) demonstrated their ability to adapt to new ways of working both on-site and remotely, while delivering results for Canadians and for its employees. The Career Management Services team has taken inspiration from this experience by adopting a hybrid and flexible work mode as part of its work environment.
Depending on the nature of the work required by the position and operational needs, hybrid forms of work, such as telework, a combination of on-site work and telework, and compressed work schedules will be possibilities. On a case-by-case basis, a telework arrangement could be considered from any location in Canada. Employees who telework may be asked to travel to the work site, if needed, at their own expense.
