2 - Title of the position occupied and specific duration (including month and year, e.g., from 09/2018 to 03/2019) for which you exercised the functions;
3 - Specific details of tasks, projects or accomplishments demonstrating the experience was acquired.
The answers provided to the screening questions will be the main source of information. Failure to provide complete answers may result in job applications being screened out from further consideration in this process. Depending on the position being staffed, any of the qualifications above may be deemed as an essential "must have" or asset "nice to have". This doesn't mean that you must possess all qualifications, but these criteria may be a deciding factor in choosing the persons to be appointed. 🎓 EDUCATION
EDU: Graduation from a two-year program of study from a recognized post-secondary institution with acceptable specialization in computer science, information technology, information management or another specialty relevant to the position to be staffed.
Notes:
1. Indeterminate incumbents in the IT group on December 9, 2021 who do not possess the education prescribed above, are deemed to meet the minimum education standard based on their education, training and/or experience. They must be accepted as having met the minimum education standard whenever this standard is called for when staffing positions in the IT group.
2. Indeterminate incumbents of positions in the CS group on May 10, 1999, who do not possess the education prescribed above, are deemed to meet the minimum education standard based on their education, training and/or experience. They must be accepted as having met the minimum education standard whenever this standard is called for when staffing positions in the IT group.
3. At the manager’s discretion, an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience may serve as an alternative to the minimum education stated above. Whenever the minimum education is met using this alternative, it is met for the specific position only and must be re-assessed for other positions for which this alternative has been specified by the manager.
💼 EXPERIENCE
EXP1: Recent and significant* experience working in an IT delivery environment with demonstrated experience in one or more of the following areas: Planning, design, development, implementation, maintenance, delivery, support of IT services or solutions using best practices.
EXP2: Recent** experience in leading, assigning or coordinating the work of Information Management/Information Technology (IM/IT) staff, students, consultants, or project team members.
EXP3: Recent** experience collaborating and building effective working relationships with various IM\IT stakeholders.
Definitions:
* Significant and recent experience is defined as depth and breadth of experience normally associated with the performance of those duties on a regular basis for a period of approximately three (3) years or more. However, a shorter duration may be considered based on demonstrated complexity and diversity of work handled, scope of work, and/or level of direct responsibility for a wide variety of complex files and/or projects, acquired in the last seven (7) years.
** Recent experience is defined as depth and breadth of experience normally associated with the performance of those duties on a regular basis for a period of approximately twelve (12) months or more. However, a shorter duration may be considered based on demonstrated complexity and diversity of work handled, scope of work, and/or level of direct responsibility for a wide variety of complex files and/or projects, acquired in the last seven (7) years.

AEDU: Graduation with a degree from a recognized university with a specialization in computer science, computer engineering, information sciences or other discipline related to the position to be staffed.
ASSET EXPERIENCE
AEXP1: Recent** experience managing a team or project team in an IM/IT environment of at least three (3) employees.
Definition:
** Recent experience is defined as depth and breadth of experience normally associated with the performance of those duties on a regular basis for a period of approximately twelve (12) months or more. However, a shorter duration may be considered based on demonstrated complexity and diversity of work handled, scope of work, and/or level of direct responsibility for a wide variety of complex files and/or projects, acquired in the last seven (7) years.
The following are different assets within IITB where positions could be available to be staffed but are not limited to these assets.
Candidates WILL NOT be asked to include how they meet these asset qualifications as part of the online application. However, once the pool is established, candidates may be asked how they meet specific assets related to the following specializations.
