Provide administrative support to a Director or Director General, including but not limited to:
• Providing support in day-to-day operations (ex. managing inbox, calendar etc.)
• Planning and coordinating meetings and events, including with external stakeholders
• Preparation of all required meeting materials
• Coordinating domestic and international travel
• Providing support on financial and human resource files
This staffing process is for casual employment. Casual workers are hired for specified periods that may not exceed 90 working days in one calendar year, in a department or in an agency to which the Public Service Commission (PSC) has exclusive authority to make appointments.

We are looking for dynamic and dependable individuals for casual administrative opportunities.
The immediate casual need is for a bilingual (BBB/BBB) Executive Assistant (AS-02). Please note that there will be a requirement to work from the office 3 days/week (200 Sacré-Coeur Blvd., Gatineau, QC).

Secondary school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.
EXPERIENCE
Experience in providing administrative support.
Experience in preparing agendas, arranging meetings, teleconferences and videoconferences.
Experience in making travel arrangements and processing travel claims.

Bilingual - imperative BBB/BBB

EXPERIENCE
Experience in providing executive and administrative services to an executive (Director level or higher), including schedule, meeting and inbox management
Experience in providing financial and human resources support to an executive (Director level or higher)
Experience arranging travel and processing travel claims via the Shared Travel Services Portal (Hogg Robinson Groupe (HRG) system)
Experience compiling information and preparing various correspondence and reports for senior management (Director level or higher)
