As a Corporate Administrative Services Assistant (CR-04), you will provide a full range of administrative support including mail, procurement and contracting, records management, and overall client service. You will be dealing with a variety of tasks where each day is different from the next.
As an Administrative Assistant (AS-01), you will manage an executive's agenda and travel arrangements, prepare and draft correspondence, and coordinate logistics related to meeting schedules, take minutes and records of decision, and so much more.

EDUCATION:
▸ A secondary school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.
EXPERIENCE:
BOTH Corporate Administrative Services Assistant (CR-04) & Administrative Assistant (AS-01):
▸ Experience providing administrative support services within an office environment.
▸ Experience managing conflicting priorities and meeting operational deadlines.
▸ Experience using spreadsheet software, word processing software and an electronic mail system.
Administrative Assistant (AS-01) ONLY:
▸ Experience providing administrative services for a manager such as monitoring a budget, verifying invoices and processing payments, and monitoring and tracking correspondence.
▸ Experience planning and coordinating meetings, schedules and agendas for events, and distributing information.

▸ Experience working in financial tracking software.
▸ Experience making travel arrangements and processing travel claims.
OPERATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Based on the requirements of the position, the following operational requirements may be applied.
▸ Willingness and ability to work overtime as required.

▸ Willingness and ability to lift up to 20 kg.
Reliability or Secret security clearance depending on position to be staffed.
