Duties

Position 1:
The Manager, Information Management (Compliance Enablement Program), is responsible for oversight and delivery of OSFI’s Enterprise Information Management (EIM):
- Compliance Enablement Program;
- Program Measurement and Monitoring Program (PMMR);
- Risk Assessment activities;
- Litigation Hold coordination activities; and
- eDiscovery enablement

This includes Enterprise Information Management operational support, projects, training and awareness activities related to EIM program analysis, measurement and reporting. This position also supports the Director, Enterprise Information Management (EIM) in the development and maintenance of business-focused IM strategic plans and implementation roadmaps, as well as in the annual business planning process, the development of supporting divisional goals and objectives, and enabling performance frameworks.

Position 2:
The Analyst, Information Management (Compliance Enablement Program), is responsible for coordination and delivery of OSFI’s Enterprise Information Management (EIM):
- Compliance Enablement Program;

- Graduation with a degree from a recognized university in information technology, information management or business, or an acceptable combination of education, training and experience

Position 1:
- 7+ years working in an Information Management/Information Governance, Information Technology or Data Management related field within the public or private sector
- 1+ year administering M365 Compliance Center
- Experience with reporting and dashboarding on measures (compliance)
- 5+ years managing human resources
- 1+ years deploying and/or supporting M365
- Providing Information Management/Information Governance and guidance to internal stakeholders and clients on retention and disposition of information/data assets

Position 2:
- 5+ years working in an Information Management/Information Governance, Information Technology or Data Management related field within the public or private sector
- 1+ year working with M365 Compliance Center
- Experience developing metrics reports and dashboards (compliance)
- 2+ years managing human resources
- Software testing – developing software testing programs, software testing and reporting on results to management
