We have several job profiles to fill. When you submit your application, you will be asked to indicate which of the following most interests you:
► Administrative assistant to a senior executive
► Administrative assistant in a professional field such as human resources.
► Administrative assistant to coordinate various resources (including human and financial)
The intent of our collective process is to create a pool of qualified candidates to staff various administrative assistant positions in the department. These various positions are located in the National Capital Region (NCR).

To be admitted to the selection process, you must have a minimum secondary school diploma.

EX1: Experience in providing client services.
EX2: Experience using the Microsoft Office suite (or equivalent), such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
