In order to be considered, your application must clearly explain how you meet the following (essential qualifications)

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

-A secondary school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience*

*Proof of education will be required prior to appointment

Degree equivalency

-Experience researching, compiling, analyzing and interpreting data and reporting findings to senior leadership and stakeholders.

-Experience preparing reports and presentations.

-Experience in working under pressure, managing competing priorities, and meeting tight deadlines.

-Experience coordinating the development of project management deliverables in at least 2 of the following:
• Business case
• Project budgets
• Project charter
• Project schedules
• Project risks, issues or change management activities.
• Project status reports

-Recent and significant experience in using Microsoft Excel

**Recent and significant is defined as a minimum of two (2) years experience within the last three (3) years.

If you possess any of the following, your application must also clearly explain how you meet it (other qualifications)

ASSET QUALIFICATIONS

-Education/courses in fields such as: Statistics, data analysis, project management or similar related fields of study.

Degree equivalency

-Experience in providing guidance through various methods including but not limited to in-person and/or virtual.

-Experience in Computer Aided Dispatch systems; Human Resource Management systems (ie. TEAM portal, HRMIS, SAP, etc).

-Experience in creating visual representation of key metrics such as an Excel Dashboard.

-Experience in the application and interpretation of policies or regulations related to procurement.

OPERATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

Willingness and ability to work overtime, as and when required.

Willingness and ability to occasionally travel for work requirements (including travel to remote locations and after hours and/or weekends).
