The Program Advisor works within the Integrated Content Management unit to create, manage and update the content of the knowledge repositories used by the 1 800 O-Canada service, Customized Information Services, Service Canada Centres, and various chatbots to provide the public with information on Government of Canada (GC) programs and services.

This position is ideal for someone who wants experience in content management; it provides an opportunity to learn about GC programs and services and about service delivery to the public.

A pool of qualified candidates will be established and could also be used to staff similar positions with various tenures, titles and security requirements within Employment and Social Development Canada.

Candidates must meet all the essential criteria in order to be appointed. However, applicants may be required to meet the asset qualifications or the organizational needs, depending on the requirements of the specific position being staffed.
