Education:
A secondary school diploma
Experience:
Experience in the coordination of administrative services (such as but not limited to Procurement, Asset Management, Finance, Facilities Management, Security, Occupational Health and Safety, AND/OR Human Resources)
Experience in providing client service

Asset Education:
Graduation from a recognized post secondary institution with acceptable specialization in human resources or a related field.
Asset Experience:
Experience in the use of financial systems (such as IFMS, SAP, SMIS, MRS, etc.)
Experience in the use of Salesforce
Experience following employer guidelines or policies to determine appropriate procedures required.
Experience in providing operational support services in any of the following areas:
1. Procurement
2. Asset Management
3. Finance
4. Facilities Management
5. Security
6. Occupational Health and Safety
Experience in providing operational support services in Human Resources (including recruitment support, document editing, data entry and reporting using Microsoft Excel or HR management systems, document management, electronic filing, etc.)
Experience in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Word).
Asset Knowledge:
Knowledge of Federal government policies and practices in Human Resources, Procurement, Finance, Facilities Management, Security, and/or Occupational Health and Safety
Organizational Needs:

The Selection Committee reserves the right to contact references other than those provided by the candidates (within the Public Service only), if found necessary, in order to adequately assess the candidates.

Preference will be given to veterans first and then to Canadian citizens and permanent residents, with the exception of a job located in Nunavut, where Nunavut Inuit will be appointed first.
