1. Experience using a financial management system such as SAP
2. Experience in budget administration
3. Experience working within a Human Resources environment
4. Experience in records management
5. Experience in data entry
6. Experience in using advanced features of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook such as formulas, pivot tables and searches
7. Experience working in an information management (IM) or information technology (IT) service environment
8. Experience using a resource management information system such as DRMIS
9. Experience in the gathering, entering, maintaining, and reporting of data

11. Experience providing administrative support to managers, such as maintaining calendars, organizing meetings, or preparing correspondence
