➤ Experience in the coordination of administrative activities*
* Without being exhaustive, here is a list of tasks that can be part of the coordination of administrative activities: agenda management, calendar management and organization of meetings; answering and managing email correspondence; identifying important issues related to complex and sensitive initiatives; writing, editing, proofreading and formatting of official correspondence; development and implementation of administrative procedures; use of various software programs such as the Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, etc.)

➤ Experience using financial systems (e.g., SAP, SMIS, MRS);
➤ Experience coordinating human resource related services;

➤ Experience coordinating meetings and workshops, which includes organizing meetings, setting agendas, recording meeting decisions and minutes, tracking actions, etc.;
➤ Experience performing tasks related to financial information/documents (e.g., budget tracking, forecasting, purchase card reconciliation);
➤ Experience in supporting project related activities;
➤ Experience in document management and control.
