The intent of this process is to staff one position on an indeterminate basis in Longueuil (Quebec). However, a pool of qualified or partially qualified candidates may be established and may be used to staff similar positions in Transport Canada where tenure, language requirements and security requirements may vary.

EDUCATION
• Successful completion of secondary school or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.
EXPERIENCE
• Recent and significant* experience answering general inquiries and information requests from internal and external clients in person or by telephone or in writing.
• Experience in using spreadsheet, word processing and email software.
*Recent and significant experience: one year experience acquired over the past five years.
