The intent of the process is to staff a minimum of fifty (50) positions of various tenures and liguistic profiles.

Stream 2: AS-02/PM-02
A pool of fully or partially qualified candidates may be created to fill positions at the same or equivalent group and level at Elections Canada, of varying durations (casual, specific period) and various linguistic profiles (BBB/BBB, CBC/CBC, CCC/CCC and English or French Essential).

EDUCATION:
STREAMS 1 AND 2:
A secondary school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training and experience.
EXPERIENCE:
STREAMS 1 AND 2:
EXP1 - *Recent and **significant experience in client services.
EXP2 - Experience using technology (e.g., email and word processing software, Internet).
EXP3 - Experience providing information, recommendations or guidance and dealing with clients or the general public.
*Recent experience signifies having performed these duties within the last three (3) years.
**Significant is defined as the depth and breadth of experience normally associated with having performed a broad range of activities related to this task which are acquired over a period of at least one (1) year.

STREAM 1:
AEXP5 - Experience providing support and services to internal or external clients.
STREAM 2:
AEXP6 - Experience in responding to enquiries and complaints in writing or on the phone.

The Office of the Chief Electoral Officer plans to move to a hybrid work arrangement in the near future where remote work will predominate for the majority of staff, but you might be required to work from the office.
