The majority of our positions are located in Ottawa, with a number of positions in Montreal, and some in Vancouver. INFC will be reviewing its office footprint in the coming months and telework agreements may be considered to advance regional presence beyond Montreal and Vancouver, and on a case-by-case basis.

Assessments may be conducted in any order and at any phase of the process:
• A variety of evaluation tools, methods and assessment timelines may be used throughout the process, including, but not limited to, standardized tests (ex: EPSI), exams, interviews, reviews of past performance and accomplishments, references, etc.:
• If you are successful in a pool, references may be contacted informally;
• Your first official language (English or French - the official language in which you are generally more proficient) will be assessed.
When providing your references, please include the following:
1) Recent supervisor/manager;
2) Previous supervisor/manager;
3) Recent client or colleague.
• You must include their full name, title, e-mail address, and phone number.
We may also request the following information in any order, at any phase of the process:
• Security clearance Information, if applicable;
• Proof of education, including Canadian equivalency;
• Second Language Evaluation (SLE) results, if applicable.
All of the information collected during the selection process, including behaviour and communication, from the time of application until the end of the process, may be used to evaluate candidates.

EDUCATION
ED1: A secondary school diploma or employer-approved alternatives:
1) A satisfactory score on the Public Service Commission test approved as an alternative to a secondary school diploma;
2) An acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.
EXPERIENCE
E1: *Experience establishing and maintaining partnerships with **stakeholders and clients.
E2: *Experience in providing strategic advice to ***management on ****complex issues related to programs, policies, or initiatives.
E3: *Experience planning, developing, and implementing, programs, projects, or initiatives.
E4: *Experience working with Grants and Contributions (G&C), which may include (but not limited to) evaluating proposals, providing recommendations or guidance, or working with a transfer payment management system.
E5: *Experience in preparing briefing material for ***management.
