The immediate intention of this process is to staff four (4) temporary or casual position with possibility of an extension.
A pool of fully or partially qualified candidates may be established to fill positions at the same or equivalent group and level at Elections Canada with varying tenures (such as indeterminate, specified period, acting, casual) and various linguistic requirements and profiles.

AEXP5: Experience in coordinating information sessions or administering various written exams and/or interviews.
* Administrative support services may include the performance of tasks such as managing the daily agenda of manager, planning or coordinating meetings, preparing or reviewing documents for accuracy, coordinating incoming and outgoing correspondence, filing, writing minutes of meetings, collecting data and preparing tables, etc.
ORGANIZATIONAL NEED

CE1: Reliability Status security clearance
