This selection process will initially be used to staff one vacant indeterminate position.
A qualified pool of candidates will be established and used to staff this position and similar positions with various tenures (i.e. indeterminate, term, deployment, acting, assignment and secondment).

*Administrative support services can include: data entry, electronic and/or paper based records management, processing mail
- Experience providing service to internal or external clients / general public, via telephone or in person.
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (eg. Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

- Experience managing someone else’s daily schedule
- Experience organizing domestic and international travel for meetings, conferences, and training.
- Experience drafting and formatting documents for internal and external clients
- Experience providing Financial Support Services.*
*Financial Support Services can include: tracking budget information, spending and monitoring; reporting on financial data; processing invoices.
- Willing and able to work in a busy police environment, including exposure to unsettling and/or graphic material.
- Willing and able to work overtime, as required.
- Willing and able to travel for work and/or training purposes using various modes of transportation (including owned or leased government transport).
- Willing and able to obtain and maintain a valid driver’s license.
