Classification and organizational design is a specialized human resources discipline that supports client managers in the planning and organization of optimal organizational structures. This discipline includes the evaluation of jobs to determine the appropriate occupational group and level, which ultimately connects to salary scales. If you are curious about the world of work, and the diverse and interesting types of work performed at AAFC, and you enjoy analytical work, as well as interacting with employees and managers - then classification and organizational design is for you 🙂.
