EDUCATION:
Secondary school diploma or employer-approved alternatives (a satisfactory score on the Public Service Commission test approved as an alternative to a secondary school diploma; or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience)

Degree equivalency

EXPERIENCE:

EXP1: Experience in providing a range of administrative services, such as corresponding over email, managing a calendar, filing, organizing meetings, maintaining a bring-forward/tracking system, and preparing travel arrangements;

EXP2: Experience in preparing documents, such as letters, memorandums, briefing notes, meeting agendas, PowerPoint presentations, etc.

AEXP3: Experience with purchasing (e.g. ordering office supplies) or arranging for hospitality;
AEXP4: Experience in coordinating financial activities such as: preparing forecasts, verifying and reconciling commitments and expenditures, reconciling office budget, reconciling acquisition card statements;
AEXP5: Experience preparing travel or hospitality claims;
AEXP6: Experience working with an information management system (Ex; GCdocs, RDIMS, Sharepoint, etc.)

ABILITIES:
Ability to communicate effectively in writing.
