AE1. Experience in providing IM/IT technical support to clients, co-workers or senior management in a Helpdesk or Desktop Support role
AE2. Experience installing and supporting Windows Operating Systems (Windows 7 or Windows 10)
AE3. Experience in the use of an Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) tool (such as but not limited to ASSYST)
