• Create and edit written content in both official languages for publication Job Bank’s website.
• Prepare various types of input, written material and products for team members and for stakeholders across the country.
• Research and analyze issues related to government priorities and policies, and the labour market.

EXP3 – Experience in reviewing and editing texts or technical documents, in both official languages, such as performing quality assurance.

EDUCATION
Graduation with a degree from a recognized post-secondary institution or an acceptable combination of experience and training in French or English studies, communication, linguistics, revision, translation, technical writing, or a related field that is relevant to the position.
EXPERIENCE
AEXP1 – Experience with computer software used for writing texts and presentations, such as the MS Office suite or equivalent.
AEXP2 – Experience in providing advice on Web content design to enhance user experience (UX) and ensure search engine optimization (SEO) of a website.
AEXP3 – Experience in designing workflows, creating mock-ups or wireframes and drafting business requirements to improve a website.
AEXP4 – Experience in testing functionalities in a development environment prior to a website release, applying fixes and reporting on the progress of deliverables.
AEXP5 – Experience working on a major or complex web project.

The selection process is simple, quick and virtual. Successful candidates will be informed of the result of the process by email. An online test will be administered.

What is a top-down selection? It is where only the top scoring candidates will be invited to the next stage of the assessment. Please note that different pass marks and cut-off scores can be used at various stages of the assessment process. Candidates who attain the pass mark might not be further considered in the process if they do not achieve the cut-off score.
