Education:
Graduation with a degree from a recognized post-secondary institution with acceptable specialization in a field relevant to the duties of the position.
Experience:
Experience liaising with stakeholders in industry or academia or government.
Experience preparing reports or preparing or delivering presentations.
Experience in project management.
Experience developing and/or managing contracts or research proposals.
Experience providing advice to management regarding program or project management.
Knowledge:
Knowledge of Canada’s climate change commitments and federal energy policies and programs.
Knowledge of key stakeholders in Canada’s energy sector.
Abilities:
Ability to communicate effectively orally.
Ability to communicate effectively in writing.
Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.
Ability to analyze information and provide recommendations.
Ability to organize and coordinate physical and virtual meetings, webinar and/or conferences.
