WORKPLACE:
The official workplace for the positions to fill is located in Quebec City (320, rue St-Joseph Est). Depending on the needs and requirements of the service, the possibility of entering into a formal telework arrangement could be considered. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative services in support of the Directorate. He/she will also provide these services to the employees of the Directorate. He/she will coordinate various internal committees and meetings or with regional Indigenous organizations. He/she will ensure the communication of information as well as the follow-up of files and requests for the benefit of management. In addition, he/she will perform various tasks related to finance and human resources, electronic document management as well as processing emails, correspondence and reports.

A high school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.
EXPERIENCE
Experience in planning and administrative coordination of various working committees involving multiple stakeholders and management members.
Experience preparing, editing and processing correspondence and administrative documents.
Experience providing information to clients or management.
EDUCATION
Recognized post-secondary diploma in office automation or a related field.
EXPERIENCE
Work experience in organizing virtual meetings with participants from various organizations.
