The successful candidates are widely recognized as strategic thinkers who can identify, seize and translate opportunities into creative solutions. They have a reputation for attracting, retaining and inspiring the best talent, and they believe in cultivating strong, cohesive, and supportive teams that effectively deliver life-changing strategies and programs. As values-driven and passionate leaders, they possess a high level of integrity, diplomacy, sensitivity, and judgment.
