Education
A secondary school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience in the real property field.
Experience
Significant* and recent** experience in negotiating, preparing and analyzing real property agreements
Experience in coordinating and overseeing complex real property acquisitions or disposal activities involving a number of stakeholders.
Experience in analyzing and integrating complex*** information relating to policies, directives or legislation in relation to real property. This includes drafting and delivering findings, strategic advice and briefings to Senior management.
Experience in managing human resources
* Significant experience is defined to mean the depth of having performed a broad range of duties over a period of five years.
** Recent experience is defined to mean within the past 5 years
***Complex refers to involving at least two (2) of the following characteristics: multi-dimensional, sensitive, confidential, affecting multiple partners or stakeholders, creating a precedent or having a significant impact on the public service, or are likely to be media coverage. Applicants must clearly demonstrate the complexity.
**** Senior Management is considered Director level and above.
