This process will be used to staff two Indeterminate AS-01 positions and one term AS-02 position. A pool of qualified candidates may be established to staff this or other similar positions with various tenures or language profiles within Transport Canada.

EDUCATION
- Successful completion of a secondary school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience related to the position being staffed.
EXPERIENCE
AS-01 and AS-02:
- Experience in providing services to multiple managers or clients.
- Experience in developing OR updating administrative work methods, procedures, or processes.
- Recent experience* in managing the life cycle of information, both electronic and paper forms.
AS-02 :
- Experience in researching, extracting and/or compiling information from various resources.
- Experience in creating and facilitating information sessions.
*Recent experience is defined as having acquired the experience within the last three (3) years.
ASSET EDUCATION
- Graduation with a diploma or degree from a recognized post-secondary institution in documentation administration, archive administration, library science or other information management-related program.
ASSET EXPERIENCE
AS-01:
- Experience in developing or delivering training sessions.
AS-01 and AS-02:
- Experience in using and providing functional support for an Electronic Document and Records Management System (EDRMS) such as Records, Document and Information Managerment System (RDIMS), GCDocs or Microsoft SharePoint.
AS-02:
- Experience in preparing reports and statistics.
- Experience in planning and executing projects.
