The initial intent is to staff one (1) position on a temporary basis until March 31, 2026. The results of this process may be used to staff similar positions within Transport Canada.

Your résumé.
Graduation with a degree from a recognized post-secondary institution, with acceptable specialization in environmental sciences, environmental studies, ecology, biology, chemistry, geology, environmental engineering or other science directly related to the position
Experience in planning, implementing, or managing environmental projects or programs, including but not limited to Environmental Assessment, Environmental Protection, Contaminated Sites or land use planning
Experience in analyzing technical information relating to environmental assessment OR environmental protection OR contaminated sites management OR other environmental OR land use planning programs
Experience in providing technical advice on matters relating to environmental assessment OR environmental protection OR contaminated sites management OR other environmental OR land use planning programs
Experience in interpreting environmental legislation
Experience in consulting with federal and provincial government representatives and/or industry on environmental issues
Experience working within the Federal regulatory framework (legislation, regulations or policies) related to environmental assessment OR environmental protection OR contaminated sites management OR other environmental OR land use planning programs
English essential
