Here's our streamlined process that will ensure the most enjoyable candidate experience.

✔️ Step 1: You must submit your application by answering YES or NO to the essential experiences and assets AND by attaching your resume.

✔️ Step 2: We want to hear from you! We will contact those individuals who have indicated they have met the essential experiences. During this call, we would like to hear about your work experience/tasks performed in relation to the criteria below for the position to be filled:
• Have you ever done minor maintenance work such as grass cutting, snow removal, painting, construction projects, etc.?
• Have you ever used shop tools and equipment?
• Have you ever worked outside in variable weather conditions?
• Have you ever used basic software such as Outlook, Internet, etc.?

We will also use this time to evaluate your oral communication skills.

All elements related to the conditions of employment of the position will be addressed during this call. 🚁🚢

✔️ Step 3: Take charge of your assessment by choosing the assessment method that works best for you! Individuals who successfully complete Step 2 will have the choice of a written assessment or an interview to be evaluated for the following essential qualifications:

• Experience in the operation in forklift truck and snow removal equipment including snow blowers, small trucks with plows and salt or sand spreaders.

Conditions of employment

Reliability Status security clearance - Valid Quebec class 5 driver’s license.
Willing and be able to do strenuous fieldwork.
Willing and be able to travel for period up to six weeks and using various modes of transportation including helicopter and ship.
Willing and able to travel far from home for long periods (up to 6 weeks).
Medical exam.
Willing and able to work overtime.
Willing and able to climb and work in high structure (towers) up to 40 meters high.
