We strive to establish bias-free selection and assessment practises that offer an equitable playing field for everyone including candidates from employment equity or equity-seeking groups, such as Indigenous peoples, racialized people, black people, persons with disabilities, members of 2SLGBTQQIA+ communities and women. To that end, the selection committee will be diverse, and its members will have completed unconscious bias and inclusive hiring training.
