Intent of the process

This process may be used to establish a pool of qualified or partially qualified candidates that may be used to staff similar position with various tenures within Canada Economic Development for Quebec Regions and other departments.

In order to be considered, your application must clearly explain how you meet the following (essential qualifications)

EDUCATION AS-01 AND AS-02
- Secondary school diploma (DES) or an acceptable combination of training, education and/or experience.

Degree equivalency

EXPERIENCES:

EXPERIENCE AS-01 AND AS-02
- Experience in administrative support functions (including: calendar, correspondence management, business travel planning, agenda creation).

EXPERIENCES AS-02 (ONLY)
- Experience organizing events or activities (example: organizational day, team meetings, group activities, etc.).
- Experience in administering a budget (example: paying bills, data entry, generating reports)
- Experience developing and maintaining administrative systems (e.g., files, records, databases).

If you possess any of the following, your application must also clearly explain how you meet it (other qualifications)

ASSET QUALIFICATIONS

EXPERIENCES AS-01 (only)
- Experience organizing events or activities (example: organizational day, team meetings, social activities, etc.)
- Experience in administering a budget (example: paying bills, data entry, generating reports).
- Experience developing and maintaining administrative systems (e.g., files, records, databases).

EXPERIENCES AS-01 AND AS-02
- Experience in analyzing needs, defining solutions and making recommendations.
- Experience using SAP software for financial management.
- Experience using an application for organizing and booking business trips such as SVP/HRG.
- Experience in the application of the Treasury Board Directive on Travel, Hospitality, Conferences and Events.
