► INSTRUCTIONS TO FOLLOW

3. Specific details of tasks, projects, or accomplishments demonstrating how the experience was acquired;
4. Example(s) to demonstrate how you acquired this experience.
The screening questions will be used as the primary tool in the screening process and the résumé will be used to substantiate the information provided.
Applications that do not clearly demonstrate how the screening criteria are met WILL be eliminated from consideration.

A partially or fully assessed pool may be established to staff similar positions within the Department of Justice and Courts Administration Service with various tenures, work locations, linguistic profiles, operational requirements and/or conditions of employment. • Graduation from a recognized post-secondary institution with a master’s degree in library science or in library and information science; or
• Graduation from a recognized post-secondary institution with a bachelor’s degree in library science or in library and information science for which another bachelor’s degree was a prerequisite.

Since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, our organization has embraced working remotely as a standard way of working. All employees are currently working remotely full time. Following a return to the workplace, it is likely that most employees would adopt a hybrid work schedule. We also offer flexible work arrangements such as a compressed work week and flexible work hours.
Note : Candidates selected for the Reference Librarian positions will be required to come into the office 2 days per week.
